HOW TO EASE CONFLICT AND ENHANCE PERFORMANCE

     

A workplace team inevitably consists of different working styles and personality types. This can lead to conflict - or to enhanced performance. To enhance performance, we need to understand our own style, appreciate other styles, and build on our collective strengths. This interactive presentation is designed to raise awareness of personalities in the workplace and offer strategies useful to managers and staff.

 

Workshop includes:

  • Myers-Briggs¨ self-scoring personality assessment
  • Team task simulations
  • Meeting facilitation simulation
  • Resources for further exploration

 

Marilyn Dold, M.S., brings a rich background as educator, counselor, and program coordinator to the challenging and rewarding task of building teams.
