Conflicts in the Workplace- Behavior and Personality Issues

Dealing with personality conflicts in the workplace is like a game of Whack-A-Mole:  just when you’ve finished dealing with one, another pops up. This presentation will:

  • Help you recognize simple personality conflicts.
  • Give you issues to consider and ways to understand how personality issues may affect your workplace.
  • Help you understand the potential costs to your company.
  • Help you understand when additional training or coaching is needed, versus psychotherapy.
  • Increase your awareness of key workplace issues which may cause conflicts.
  • Provide you with information on the distribution of mental health issues in the general population.
  • Explain the framework clinical psychologists use to understand the most difficult personality issues.
  • Explain a few key problem personality types, and present an overview on how to recognize them.

This program always generates many questions, and ample time has been built-in for extended Q&A to give you the opportunity to interact with the speaker, and get those burning questions answered.

Don’t miss out – this will be an interesting, thought provoking program to kick-off 2012.
